003 Ginger Ale
Ginger beer (Gingerbread Bomb)
The origins date from the colonial spice trade with the Orient and the sugar-producing islands of the Caribbean. It was popular in Britain and its colonies from the 18th century.
This brew is more like an ale with added ginger than a traditional ginger beer. Its distinct spicy character is complemented by the citrus qualities of the hops.
Serve cold.
