Coffee Stout (Minha Menina Brazileira)
When stouts were first mass produced in England in the early 1900s,
they were marketed as healthy and
“a tonic for the ill and nursing mothers.”
Coffee Stout – brewed using the mineral infused water of the Sico massif,
giving the grain, hops, and yeast the opportunity to produce a silky smooth beer
with hints of chocolate and coffee.
Serve Cold.
